Eligibility

How to Return

  2. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect.

For all other exchanges, please return the item following our standard return process and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
